Smithfield Golf Club, originally named Eagle Creek Golf Club, is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course is located just 8.7 miles from Statesboro, in Bulloch County, Georgia.
The course first opened for play in 1997. The course was designed by Paul Massey.
The course is a links-style layout, expansive, with only a few trees. Nine holes border a 400-acre lake. The layout includes rolling fairways, large greens with a variety of challenging pin placements per green.
#11 is the signature hole. It's 170-yard par-3 requiring a tee shot over water to a peninsula green.
